Notes
- Since delivery, Bus 971 has been in special painted livery for ACTION. A common misconception is that the bus (along with sister units 963 and 967) advertised the National Dinosaur Museum, however the dinosaur skeletons that make up the livery were to encourage people to "Take ACTION (to) conserve our fossil fuels"
- Bus 971 was fitted with a Sportworks DL2 bike rack in June/July 2010.
- Its Alcatel/STC Cannon flipdot destination displays were replaced with Hanover LED equipment in early 2016 (January or February).
